Join us for our monthly education program. This month’s topic is Using Mindfulness to Find Peace, Courage, and Wellbeing in Caregiving. Learn ways to incorporate formal and informal mindfulness practices into caregiving and daily life. Topics will include self-compassion, coping with the grief of caring for someone else, using empathetic understanding to respond to the other’s distress, and purposefully shaping the relationship to accommodate changes.
